We want you to love your Lack of Color pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items in original, unworn condition. Please note that all returns must be sent back with original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your hat or apparel in its original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
